We’ll be launching our social calendar off with a Team Triathlon!!! Come by CS 1240 on Nov. 2nd at 6pm and eat some Cane’s and Pizza!
Attendees will be placed into teams and compete for prizes. The activities will include team Kahoot, puzzle solving, and riddle solving. The music will be bumping and the good times will be rolling so make sure to mark your calendar for the dotData Team Triathlon!

Summer internship and job application season is now at full tilt, and it’s time for you to perfect your resumé. Whether you are an experienced upperclassmen, an intrigued freshmen, or don’t even know what a resumé is, feel free to come to the dotData resumé workshop hosted by Vasudha, Vice President and Gautam, President. We will be helping attendees with what to put on their resumé, how to format it, and how to avoid making common errors. Come by CS 1240 and get your resumé ready to go!

This semester we will be hosting Datathon presented by Corteva co-sponsored by Epic, American Family Insurance, John Deere & Thomson Reuters on October 16th-17th! The Datathon will give students a chance to work on real-world issues and gain exposure to new technologies in the process. Participants are responsible for creating a product that can solve practical problems so start thinking of ideas!

Prepare for the hackathon season and join Google Customer Engineer Stenio Ferreira for a hands-on workshop showcasing how to incorporate Serverless Firebase Development into your hackathon projects.

Attendees will create a pipeline for deploying a static Hugo based website using Cloud Build and Firebase. Static site builders, like Hugo, have become popular because of their ability to produce websites that do not require web servers.
